The way that the world functions today, we tend to think that our beauty is made up solely of the person that we see when we look in the mirror. Little do we realize our beauty is made up of the person that we are inside, not the person that we are on the outside. If we only allow people in our lives that only appreciate us for our beauty on the outside, we will never have real friendships or love.

With that being said, the way we feel about the image we present to the world can greatly affect our confidence and the way we deal with people. Some of us may think that we weight too much, some of us may think our nose is too big or that our eyes are too wide. Too overcome this we have to challenge society, and tell ourselves that despite whatever everyone else says we know that we are beautiful. Try not avoiding the mirrors and every morning after you wash your face and every night before you go to bed, look in the mirror and tell yourself out loud that you are beautiful!
